The role of “Team Lead Data Quality Management & Profiling (DQM) “is a challenging position in a dynamic and international oriented environment. You will be responsible for building ASML’s capability to recognize the value of data as one of ASML’s key. Supporting our organization to effectively implement our data- and information-management strategy you are making sure ASML reaches its future objectives with the help of data.

Job Mission

Your mission is to provide high-quality customer orientated data quality management services to the organization. As the driving force, it’s your responsibility to improve our customer journey on data quality management and implement the DQM vision and roadmap.

Job Description

The primary part of the job is to act as a Product owner. You take end to end responsibility of your Agile teams’ deliverables. By ensuring that your team backlog is visible, transparent and clear for all your stakeholders you will stay in control and drive collaboration. The continuous alignment with your internal Customers, other (Chief) Product Owners and our architects is key for success. Through the continuous, renewed insights in the objectives and updated backlog you’re swiftly able to adjust the course where needed. Together with your Agile Team you will ensure to deliver items that create most value for ASML. You will drive the program backlog, vision and priorities for the next iterations, and subsequently refine and prepare the team backlog your core responsibilities.

Another part of the job is to take an active role to develop the our Chief Data Office’s services. As we are a new organization within ASML, and entrepreneurial mindset is greatly appreciated. What services do our customers expect from us in 6 months, 12,month and 24 months from now; and what services do we believe we should offer them? You recognize opportunities, remove obstacles and accelerate the execution of the DQM & TDS roadmap accordingly with your team. You will support team members in defining their personal growth goals and with the approach to achieve them.

Your team

The CDO is responsible for increasing the maturity of ASML’sdata and Information landscape, enabling a trustworthy and controlled self-service environment for end-users. We challenge our business stakeholders, customers and partners to imagine the possible! In active collaboration realizing continuous improvements, and accelerating the adoption and time to market of data initiatives. We will drive data management into tangible benefits; building data solutions at scale to act as a catalyst for increasing ASML’s business revenue, enhancing operational excellence and secure compliance. The team is new, rapidly expanding and full of energy and drive. You have the ability to contribute in building our technology platforms to make trusted data for end users a reality.

Experience

It is key to have the following experiences:

  • 5+ years relevant experience within relevant domains such as Data:-profiling, -Quality,-management, -governance, -assurance, -control, information management, trusted data, Enterprise digitization, or other related domains;
  • Knowledge about both business as well as the technical data domain is key (T-shaped profile);
  • Understanding and experience with technologies (e.g. HANA, SQL, Visualization tooling);
  • Bachelor or Academic degree with a proven track record in data (quality) management and data assurance in e.g. Business administration, Business Information Management Data- and Computer Science, Econometrics or other relevant domains. Experience in domain ofIT- and data assurance is valued(RE, RA, RC).
