Job Mission

In support of the HMI Sales and Business Development, the HMI Install Base Service Business Development Leader develops the strategy of install base to enlarge the service revenue.This includes of install base system management, field upgrade business, customer satisfaction for HMI customers around the globe.The end responsibility is revenue and margin achievement against the set target & also securing healthy business pipeline. Responsible for whole product portfolio HMI products. The business is stretched across varying continent and time zones. Expect a dynamic and enthusiastic working environment, where flexibility, drive and initiatives are highly valued.

Job Description

  • Business management: Responsible and accountable for overall install base service business for HMI
  • Business management: HMI system install bases management of service contract and billable revenues for existing business and potential opportunities of global HMI customers. Including to build strategies (short and long term) to increase customer tool utilization.
  • New Service Product/Technology penetration: Co-work with account team to set right strategy, collaborate with product/RD team to position our latest solutions to our customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Co-work with account team of Customer satisfaction, be the account representative for product /RD teams to work on solutions.
  • Build and grow strong service business model with reasonable margin set by the company. Represent the account team and ensure strategy is in place to reach the target revenue/margin.
  • Travel required (~60%) as needed to support your global team.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Physical Science; or other related engineering field of study.MBA desirable.MSc or PhD is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work related experience. At least 8 – 10 years of relevant work related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Extensive industry experience at least 5 years of relevant, work related, marketing or commercial experience (semiconductor industry is desired)
  • Recognized industry professional with broad understanding
  • Experience in defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products
  • Experience working with business partners/ teams setting strategies, collaborate with product/RD team to position solutions to our customers.
  • Skilled in building and growing strong service business models with pre-determined company margins while representing the team and ensuring strategy and target revenue/margins are reached.
  • Skilled in problem solving, and conducting in-depth analysis and ability to provide / share results
  • Ability to lead a team work collaboratively with related teams
  • Ability to manage stakeholders level and build bridges across disciplines, both on an executive level, and on an expert technical
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and oral, ability to influence, etc.).
