Job Mission

We are presenting you with a unique and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative Technology Development team, focused on conceiving and demonstrating the technologies required for next generations of high-power extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light sources. Based on a laser produced plasma (LPP), our light source relies on a wide range of unique and challenging technologies, ranging from laser light amplification and high-power optical systems to laser produced plasma for EUV generation, electro-optical signal detection and algorithm-based actuation for process control. Job Description

  • Overall responsibility of S-Next proto tool operational excellence
  • Minimize downtime of the tools
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Manage the S-Next proto tool test queue and provide the required configuration for each test block
  • Resource planning for the proto tools to provide required support for fundamental learning tool and pre-product development tool
  • Plan, coordinate and organize the S-Next team in order to reduce system integration related risks as efficiently as possible
  • Manage integration operating material and related budget
  • Approve material purchases
  • Develop and execute S-Next specific process regarding test planning
  • Manage the weekly meeting(s) required to align with S-Next PLs and with PDM/PCM
  • Manage resources assigned to the integration project
  • Ensure that the technology and learning objectives are achieved through a properly balanced and forward looking test queue for the primary EUV sources (currently Pr41, Pr42, and Pr43)
  • Develop strategies and business cases to enable future tech dev proto EUV sources, meeting the two-tool learning strategy (open platform and product relevant)
  • Ensure build of future generation EUV sources to meet requirements
  • Manage the testing queues for the tech dev lab space and test benches, and elevate the productivity of technology development tooling resources

Education

MS degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in physics, plasma engineering, photonics or equivalent technical field

Experience

  • Successful demonstration of project management and leadership over the full life-cycle of a project, with corresponding successful completion and delivery of project objectives
  • Understanding of scientific research methods and strong curiosity
  • The successful candidate will not only have excelled in their technical field, but will have demonstrated inter-personal and communications strengths
  • Hands-on experience with complex system design and build, characterization, troubleshooting
  • Ability to clearly and logically communicate ideas and knowledge to various audiences
  • Preferred Skills And Experience Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead an EUV source development project involving multiple stakeholders and constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team and lead investigation and research efforts
  • Experience with EUV source development and integration project management
