Introduction

DUV Customer Support (CS) Organization is aimed to maintain the stable operation of ASML’s DUV lithography systems at customer locations; also constantly strive system performance for excellence.

Job Mission

This role consolidates the result of service level that end-user (customer) expects from ASML.

  • Care and engage CS team for service contract execution andoutcome measurement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders/customers for service performance improvement and cost reduction
  • Troubleshoot and challenge service implementation; keep optimizing way of working

Job Description

  • Service level performance consolidation (30%)
  • Service Order process optimization for the labor/parts requirements which exceed agreed commitment (BYS) (25%)
  • Customer cross-functional team communication; customer managers’ monthly meeting coordination (20%)
  • Service labor/parts usage measurement (15%)
  • Limited manpower labor program execution; Intermittent report/data request (10%)

Education

Bachelor degree and above in Industrial Engineering, Science,Mathematics, Resource Management, or related field; knowledge and experience in semiconductor industry

Experience

3 - 5 years

Personal skills

  • Good presentation and communication in English
  • Expert of MS excel or statistics relative software
  • Data analysis skill with numeric sensitivity
  • Good communication skill with tactical approach
  • Logical problem solving mind-set
  • High adaptability for rapid change, rebound quickly, and always find ways to keep projects moving forward
