Job Description

  • Responsible for upgrade affair to meet target structurally
  • Manage upgrade by fulfilling the manpower demand timely, cost-effectively
  • Manage human resources logically and fairly
  • Require effective / logically communication with business stakeholders
  • Prioritize activities and ensure actions are carried out timely
  • Support general affairs for team
  • Stakeholder management by interfacing with business partners on operational issues
  • Speaks and acts to reflect ASML values towards our internal/external customer


  • Bachelor’s degree in technical area( e.g. Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Electric engineering, or comparable)


  • 10years of experience in high power laser related preferred.
