Introduction

Background Information

The HR Strategy & Projects team, part of the HR department based in Veldhoven, is searching for a Communication intern to help set up and improve our communication strategy with the key focus to improve the user experience. You will be working closely with Change and Communication leads from different programs within HR.

Your Assignment

You will be involved in researching, optimizing and the management of our communication processes. One of your key deliverables will be mapping the current information flow towards different target audiences within ASML. How are the target audiences receiving the messages, does the message resonate and how can this be further improved? Helping the team to take the HR communication strategy to the next level. Part of this strategy will also be investigating the different communication channels. You have the ability to combine the internship with your master thesis.

Your Profile

• You are a Master student with a background in Communications, HR or related.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You have excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize different types of information.
• You are flexible, have a helicopter view, are patient, creative and helpful.
• You are a team player who likes to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Work or Internship experience in HR or Communications is a nice to have.


This is a Master apprentice or graduation internship for 4 days a week with a duration of a minimum 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.


Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
