Job Mission

In this fascinating new role, you are the Operational Excellence Expert who drives Continuous Improvements on TA delivery via optimized process design and the right supporting systems to further strengthen the US Talent Acquisition (TA) organization! You will become part of the World Class TA team that is responsible for attracting and hiring the best employees. As the operational excellence leader, you are mainly responsible for driving and coordinating the continuous/process improvement initiatives in TA as part of the US team and closely aligned to the Global organization.This position reports to the US Head of Recruitment and can be based in any of our key locations, Wilton CT, San Diego CA, San Jose, CA or Portland OR.

Job Description

As the operational excellence manager, you are responsible for embedding continuous improvement initiatives, culture and mindset into the TA organization to, ultimately, improve the candidate and hiring manager experience and, simultaneously, reduce waste and costs in the recruitment process. You will also be driving improvements through methods and insights.Both internal insights and external labor market and industry insights. Moreover, you support the TA organization by identifying and implementing (data-driven) projects to optimize the recruitment process. You will collaborate with the global TA methods & Insights team, HR Process & Information experts and the regional Labor Market Communication team.

Main responsibilities
Drive the growth of TA maturity by implementing TA improvement initiatives
Define and drive initiatives in cross TA collaboration to improve quality of hire, candidate journey and reduce cost and waste at TA level
Team up with Insights & Reporting Expert, TA managers and other key stakeholders (HR and Business) to identify opportunities that will deliver a measurable ongoing improvement of the key drivers for quality of hire and data-driven recruitment
Provide expertise and consultancy based on TA needs by acting as an internal consultant to define and develop operational excellence activities, mindset and culture.
Design and perform operational analysis of business processes during the execution of projects
Documenting and implementing project results
Develops and drives change management strategy related to key initiatives and processes for US Talent acquisition
Manage MSP once implemented
Continually auditing of processes that have been implemented for success and iteration
Manage implementation and stabilization of new processes

Education

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience

Demonstrated experiences with data analyses and process & continuous improvement methodologies (e.g.Lean)
Project management experience, PMO certification a plus
Experience managing an MSP a plus.
10 years of experience in process improvement. HR or Recruitment experience a plus.
You are result-oriented, you can realize significant improvements based on measurable results;
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
