Job Mission

As an expert in Field Service Systems and Processes you will be the point of contact for the global Field Service application users and internal stake holders

You will work on continuous process improvement initiatives and help maintain data integrity of Oracle Field Service and integrated applications

Job Description

  • Works in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to address Oracle Field Serviceissue tickets and resolve issues
  • Works with the field team in communicating and sharing Oracle Field Service functionality
  • Works with a team of business analysts in solution designing for process issues
  • Oversees product backlog management together with the Product owner.
  • Works in data integrity management of multiple interfaces; collaborating with data analysis and governance teams
  • Participates in all phases of relevant projects, starting from discovery to UAT and production
  • Participates in project discussion workshops and owns project deliverables in the area of Oracle Field Service
  • Participates and facilitates sprint demonstrations
  • Participate in creation of user documentation, hands-on materials and user training videos and manuals
  • Rolls out training to the field service engineers collaborating with the product owner

Education

BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System/Functional Analyst
  • Experience implementing process improvement through software solutions
  • Strong knowledge and experience in delivering software projects
  • Business process definition and modeling (Visio etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in gathering requirements and working in a matrixed organization
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to large audience
  • Hands on Oracle Field Service/Oracle EBS applications is a plus
