Job Mission

Your mission will be to help us better connect the dots. The Internal Communications team has strong relationships with leaders across the company, which gives us insight into business needs, the opportunity to advise and to provide hands-on support to increase the effectiveness of communication initiatives. Where we want to make a step is better aggregating business needs and requests into broader communications programs and initiatives, supporting change and strategic alignment across the boundaries of departments and business units.

Job Description

  • You will take ownership for certain existing company-wide communications events or initiatives, for example: Leadership communications events and channels, annual all hands meeting, etc. You clarify their goals and objectives, ensure objectives are measurable, evaluate the effectiveness of the event or initiative, recommend improvements and lead their implementation.
  • You will work with your peers in the Internal Communications management team, as well as the corporate communications and employer branding teams, to identify new opportunities for cross-functional or company-wide communications initiatives. You help the team to overcome silos, find synergies and build initiatives that fulfil the needs of multiple internal customers and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
  • In a complex environment, you can connect the dots on the content and also be an integrator and facilitator who brings projects and people together.
  • You ensure that our corporate internal communications initiatives have clear objectives that are tied to business goals, allowing you to measure, evaluate and ultimately answer the question: “Did we make a difference?”


  • Master-level education in a relevant field
  • Advanced English skills (C1 or higher)


10+ years of relevant experience in internal and/or corporate communication.

Context of the position

This is a newly created position. You will join the management team of Internal Communications, reporting to the Director Internal Communications.
You will be part of a large communications team (more than 70 colleagues globally) with a variety of backgrounds and nationalities, offering inspiration and opportunities to develop yourself. Communications at ASML covers corporate communications, employer branding and recruitment marketing as well as internal communications.

Other information

This is a full-time position (40 hours).
