Introduction

Do you get energy from a dynamic operational position in which you have contact with different internal and external stakeholders?
Would you like to contribute to ASML’s re-use processes and implementation for a more sustainable world?
If you want to get some real hands-on experience of how Operations is driven in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, then this might be something for you!

Job Mission

Ensure successful delivery of all transport and packaging materials for all upgrade, relocations and installation events, even if it is a short term planning that seems undoable. Contribute to the supply chain team to ensure that the (thousands of) high-tech parts are delivered on-time, on-spec and at the right quality at the customer site. Meet the delivery requirements that have been agreed with the customers and ASMLs engineering team.
ASML’s Supply Chain (SCM) is continuously aiming to better serve ASML’s customers, for example by providing complex upgrade services at the site of the client. During these events (a significant) part of the machine is replaced by modules that allow for e.g., increased output and enhanced specifications. These on-site upgrade activities create extremely demanding requirements for the supply chain processes, driven by the sensitivity of the parts (cleanroom handling only), the strict needs to minimize machine downtime and the constantly changing specifications of machines.

The goal is to establish re-use as much as possible on transport and packaging materials that allows the engineers to perform the build or installation activity with maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.

All these processes ultimately enable ASML’s clients to continue improving the performance of the laptops, tablets and smartphones that we use.

Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for circular planning of transport and packaging materials and for return and re-use of these materials.
