You will be contributing to the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of ASML C&B programs and processes in Taiwan. Our programs are aimed to be legally compliant, market competitive and internally aligned with business goals. This will involve close cooperation with several disciplines, such as legal, tax, finance, payroll and HR in your country, Asia and in the Netherlands.
Support Taiwan (>3,500 employees) compensation and benefits activities. Support Singapore and Malaysia C&B activities on an ad-hoc basis
Participate in Asia/Global C&B projects
•co-responsible for ASML remuneration benchmark activities; providing quality analysis and proposals.
•execute annual C&B programs (salary increases, variable pay, share based incentives);
•review and work with country HRs to develop C&B policies/guidelines, programs and procedures for country specific C&B items, such as car allowance, retirement benefits, benefits, etc.
•support HR colleagues on C&B related issues
•advise Line management on C&B topics
•communicate and explain the existing and new HR C&B policies
•advise HR team on job evaluation and the ASML core jobs framework
•lead and/or participate in C&B or related projects
•participate in external C&B networks and manage external relations
Master Degree holders in Human Resources or related majors. With more than 10 years of work experience in HR and C&B.
Bachelor Degree holders in Human Resources or related majors. With more than 15 years of work experience in HR and C&B.
C&B experience in China or Singapore is a plus.
Super user of Willis Towers Watson or Mercer survey is a plus.
•excellent analytical and numerical skills.
•presentation skills and fluent English language skills are essential in our Global organization
•good project management skills
Context of the position
You will report to C&B Manager in Taiwan, and will co-work with Asia C&B colleagues in China, Korea, Japan and Singapore
