Job Mission

The purpose of the Housing & Workplace Management specialist to develop, maintain and execute the housing master plan of ASML in the region. Also to develop and deploy a change approach for introducing, transition and implementing new work place concepts. Theis related to work places, employee services. All of this based on and executed within CRE’s strategic pillars (Safety, TCO, Flexibility, Business Alignment, Wellbeing and Sustainability).

Responsible of the master planning (housing / parking/ real estate), requirement generation, customer interface, planning and design management, parking (program) management, ABW design and tactical support

Job Description

1.Responsible master planning (housing / parking/ real estate), requirement generation, customer interface, planning and design management, parking (program) management, ABW design and tactical support.

2. Ensures that designs, workplace changes and moves are realized in alignment with the specifications of the workplace
experience guidelines, the business need, ASML/CRE policies and in cohesion with technical (building) specifications . map and safeguard the balance between workplace solutions like work & meeting space, technical areas, warehousing, training centers and service area’s

3.Is the expert and owner of the implemented housing solutions and planning. Gives direction to the supply chain and FMteam for the implementing and execution of work. And the counterpart for the project manager. and develop into mature and professional level in line with all stakeholders

4.Responsible to consult and/or include specialist knowledge available within strategic housing & workplace experience (i.e.
workplace concept, smart building, employee wellbeing and engagement, etc.) in case of specific questions or to connect
the correct experts to the business needs.

5. Management and translate all applicable housing data, share and discuss with CRE Regional Facility Manager, Delivery & Supply Management Company , and collaborate with Soft Service Manager and Soft Service Specialist in order to create the correct housing solutions.

Education

Bachelor / Master degree in business management, hospitality management, facility manage or similar

Experience

*At least 5~7 years of relevant experience in an international high tech industrial environment.
*Multiple and cross-function senior experiences are preferred in human resource management, site service, and general administration management.

Context of the position

•The Housing & Workplace Management Manager acts as the linking pin and has a central role to collect and plan various kinds of changes. For example changes drive from the competence managers(new specifications or performance criteria to be implemented), risk & compliancy review , manage business requests (planned or unplanned), long term planning (industrial/housing plan) and external trends (new product solutions that can improve performance). This requires excellent skills of managing a variety of matters in a complex portfolio and a sense of ownership in order to ensure that the initial objectives are delivered through the process with multiple disciplines and ultimately embedded in the daily management of the client (from to back responsibility)
•The growth of ASML requires anticipation on new/other buildings or new/other workstyles rapidly. The Housing and Workplace Management Manager’s role is to keep an overview on change and anticipate timely to ensure adherence of workplace management to ASML’s position in the market

•Decide about/approve space planning in the demand/supply discussions
•Decide upon guidelines and standards that are leading for managing and maintaining space, contributing to the optimal performance for CRE Region TW/SG
•Fluent in English (spoken, written) is a must
