Background Information

ASML is growing very fast. At the moment we have over 1,000 vacancies in the Netherlands. Within ASML, The Contract Management team optimizes business value in the whole Sourcing & Supply Chain, by organizing and supporting the execution of all supplier contracts (direct and indirect).This to strengthen overall ASML’s competitive position. Our mission is to assist all the sourcing leads, category managers and cluster heads with the contracting activities across Business Lines and the Development & Engineering department.

The Contract Management team is part of the Excellence & Analytics and Business Support department.

Your Assignment

During your internship the following tasks will be expected:
•Reviewing and analyzing contracts and summaries;
•Supporting the contract template development;
•Getting familiarized with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution;
•Cleaning up the CLM contract database (e.g. verify contract status, account info);
•Setting-up the contract maintenance process.

Before the start of the internship we will collaborate with your university supervisor to fine-tune the exact details and title of your project assignment.


Your Profile

•You are a bachelor or master student with a Legal or Business Administration background;
•You have strong IT capabilities;
•An analytical mind with attention to details is highly preferred;
•Being open-minded is one of the essential soft skills.
•The English language is required both written and verbally.

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship with a duration of a minimum 6-9 months, with a minimum of 3 days a week. The start date is as soon as possible.


Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
