Would you like to be part of the latest E-beam metrology equipment development for semiconductor applications?We are looking for an experienced, accountable Sr. project manager to be responsible for engineering and technical disciplines for specific functions of the tool development. You will be responsible for several key deliverables of hardware and software to the e-Beam products.As a member of the design and engineering (D&E) community, you will help lead a team of highly skilled project leaders (PLs) tasked to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects related to E-beam SEM and/or Platform development
Coach project managers (PLs) responsible for related projects the ASML way of working and processes in a practical way
Must be flexible and able to recognize and adapt processes where appropriate for HMIs unique situation and not simply follow standard process
Convey your detailed knowledge of ASML project management methodologies, PGP, TAP, etc… to the HMI PM community
Impart KT from your experience on what it means to deliver a function and how to bring the HW and SW teams together to fulfill complete system integration requirements
Represent multiple D&E projects towards program management in product team meetings and consolidate a D&E aligned message toward Program and other sectors
Align with cross-projects and cross-sectors on regular basis to ensure on time deliverables and adherence to ASML means and methods
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Able to establish a solid baseline plan on D&E deliverables and adapt to changes either to scope, timing and resources and feedback the impact to upper management
Delegate tasks to TLs, module owners, architects, cross sector Project Leaders and reflect the updates in project plans
Cooperate and communicate effectively with program management and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Respond to requests for changes with impact assessment and secure program agreements before accepting changes
Work with architects to define the project scope, assess and address technical risk, and create required budget aligned with TAP (Target Annual Plan)
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant, project management work experience
Experienced in ASML PGP process for large and small scoped products
Demonstrated experience with new product introduction
Experienced in leading complex hardware development projects
Experienced in managing suppliers preferred
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects in a global environment
Must have excellent commitment and multi-tasking skills
