Role and responsibilities

Comprehensive management of development projects for our customers in the semiconductor equipment industry
-
Planning and managing interdisciplinary, inter-division project teams
-
Developing precision components made from ceramics, glass and glass-ceramics at the limits of what is technically feasible
-
Requirement analyzing, project planning, time, capacity and cost planning up to the handover of the product to production
-
Creating reports, business cases and risk analyzes
-
Discussing technical requirements with our customers and presenting the project results to them
Education and experience
-
Engineering or science degree with a focus on microsystems technology, precision engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, materials science, physical engineering or similar
-
Excellent project management skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Experience in managing interdisciplinary technical projects

Good knowledge of material properties in the brittle/hard materials sector is desirable

Good knowledge of precision mechanics and thin-film technology is desirable

Good knowledge of the physical technologies sector is desirable

Knowledge of optical manufacturing technologies would be ideal
