Are you a master student with a background in Industrial Design? Do you have a self-motivating team spirit and are you fascinated by challenges? Then this internship could be of your interest!

Background Information

ASML Customer Support (CS) organization supports and assists our customers, providing services to optimize the usage of our systems. We are constantly looking for improvements that will help our customers, and further benefit ASML in order to enhance our service provision and our customer service experience.

Your Assignment

As an intern you will play a central role in:
• Mapping several customer service journeys;
• Finding improvement opportunities across sectors and establishing this method as a new standard in Customer Support;
• Identifying stakeholders;
• Creating visualization of the organizational knowledge and bring that to an actional level presentable to senior management.

Your Profile

  • You are a master student with a background in Industrial Design;
  • You have a self-motivating team spirit;
  • Challenges intrigue you;
  • Being passionate about customer journey mapping and similar techniques is highly preferred;
  • Eager to identify improvement opportunities and work between different disciplines;
  • The English language is required both written and verbally.

This is a master apprentice internship for 3-5 days a week with a duration of a minimum 4 months. The start date is as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
