Scope of role

1. Spare parts/tools order management, fulfill Customer/CS’ demand within target, monitoring OTD performance
2. Order administrator (OA) team management, including team member performance management, new process design & implementation, SOP regular update, training, etc.
3. Follow-up escalations from stakeholders (CSCM / CS), improving OA team operation quality and efficiency
4. Global / local order fulfilment project leading & coordination with CSCM SL / UiR / OP, etc.

Key interfaces

1. Internal: CSCM Site Lead, UiR coordinators, CS counterparts
2. External: 3PL, customer

Specific requirements

1. 3~7 years’ experience in an order management or logistics role
2. Affinity with and/or knowledge of Supply Chain Management
3. SAP knowledge is a must
4. Microsoft Office
5. Customs experience is preferred

Functional competences and skills

1. Ability to read and write English / goodcommunication skills
2. Knowledge about materials order flow / logisticsand the implications / consequences of handling ASML (High-Tech) material
3. Meeting organizer for weekly/monthly reviewwith team member
4. Project management with internal / externalstakeholders
5. Handle escalations with internal stakeholders’requirements (replenishment shipment lead time, communication quality, …)
6. Asks senior colleagues for support ifnecessary
7. SAP knowledge
8. Microsoft office
