Are you a bachelor or master student in Business Administration or related? Do you have a good self-discipline, communication- and advisory skills? Then this internship could be interesting for you!

Business Capability Strategy is a department with a corporate function (“orchestrating role”) driving the activities needed in the business capability process. The business capability process will consist of three steps: roadmap alignment, portfolio management and project execution.

Role and responsibilities

Help with the deployment of Business Architecture- and Project Portfolio Management tooling. The deployment should result into an cross-ASML used tooling. In this internship you will;
• Support the Project Lead with setup and deployment phase of this project
• Be involved with Sr. Management stakeholders discussions selling the need for a cross-ASML use of tooling
• Guide IT for a business supported configuration setup of the tooling solution
•Gain knowledge- and support with maturing Portfolio Management and Business Architecture processes
•Analyze and make prognosis proposals, including risk analysis for project board meetings
• Support in making preparations as input to decision making for the relevant budget and / or management committees
• Support in determining the impact of project proposals that impact scope or budget constraints.
• Evaluate continuously the running activities in relation to the agreed information plans, business priorities and risks


Education and experience

• Master or bachelor student in a field related to Business Administration, Information Management or comparable.
• Good self-discipline, communication and advisory skills are required.
• Extensive Microsoft Office proficiency.
• You must be fluent in English and preferably Dutch.

This is a full time internship with a duration of 4-12 months. The start date is as earliest possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
