Role and responsibilities

As a Lead Tester Metrology you will execute the test roadmap and build up the test competence in accordance with our standards. You will work closely with the software developers and test architects on the definition and execution of the test strategy for Metrology software. In this role you will be trained for the Test Architect role.

In your responsibility as a lead tester you will effectively propose balanced and realistic solutions to improve software product verifiability.
Among your tasks are:
-Identifying and prioritizing gaps in test coverage
-Chasing solutions for missing or failing test cases
-Deploying customer use cases
-Reporting on test status
-Executing the test roadmap
-Implementing test improvements
-Building and spreading test competence and methodologies

Education and experience

MSc, PDEng or PhD in computer engineering or comparable

You have at least 5 years of experience in testing high-tech systems as well as experience with programming, scripting and test automation (Unix/Linux, C++, Python). ASML SW Experience is a big bonus.
Personal skills
We expect you to be a good communicator and a team player, with a pro-active and pragmatic attitude.

This position is within the Metrology DUV Expose Department, which is a part of the Sector Development & Engineering.
