Job Mission

The Center of Expertise International Mobility, supports business travelers in the area of immigration, social security and tax related matters related to e,g. international travels, international local hires and cross border commuters.

Job Description

- As Sr Analyst you have responsibility for internal and external acceptance and understanding of new or altered compliance rules within ASML worldwide. You will advise the business about international mobility related topics.

-Besides this you will be responsible for:

- Making assessments about required processes and steps from a compliance perspective (rules mainly on immigration but also tax, social security, etc.);

-Initiate requests for work permits or visa to external vendor (including extensions);

- Initiate requests for other services to external vendors;- Advise employees, HR & Line manager on immigration, tax or social ----security rules;

- Own and update processes, Q&A, Checklist (Intranet);

- Coordinate demand/fulfillment;

- Analyze and review process feedback and report to management about findings;

- First line escalation when business needs and compliancy do not fully meet.

Education

This position requires you to have a Bachelor/Master level in either Economics, Law, Business Administration or Human resources.

Experience

- Experience in the field of Human Resources, Global Mobility, preferable Immigration and within an international organization;
- Good understanding of MS Office.

- Excellent communicator, convincing and strong personality;
- Analytical skills to be able to act on a tactical level in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach;
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn;
- Strong organizational sensitivity;
- Fluent in English.
