Job Mission

To provide a high level of support for Supply Chain improvements, projects management (facilitation), cost down programs, procedure quality management and data analysis.

Job Description

  • Data analytics and (standardized) performance/cost reporting.
  • Cost down programs support.
  • Projects and performance improvements in the region (US).
  • Product and program support to staff members.
  • Dashboard and KPI management/oversight.
  • LEAN competence and support.

Responsibilities related to:

Performance Management

  • Support process development and improvements for maintaining/improving cooperation between local, regional and central supply chain teams for optimal execution.
  • Support KPI development and standardized performance reporting to stakeholders.

Customer Intimacy

  • Support improving internal stakeholder relationships, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis. Meet with and provide reports while supporting continuous improvements.

Cost Management

  • Assist in support of site P&L analysis and drive improvements where applicable.
  • Deliver on assigned budget targets.
  • Support Cost reduction programs.

Process and Development

  • Support reporting and project management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help develop standards in reporting/KPI.
  • Personal development towards job requirements.
  • Drive process standardization and efficiencies via LEAN.


Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain required; or equivalent experience.


  • Masters degree preferred
  • PMP certification highly preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite required
  • LEAN training and/or experience preferred
  • 3-7 years of relevant field experience in supply chain and project management.
  • Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry.
  • Analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload(should be in personal skills).
  • Experience in implementing of new processes across the supply chain against agreed costs.
  • Leadership skills, drive for results, ability to perform under high pressure and timelines.
  • Excellent social and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Service minded and customer dedicated.
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving and continuous improvement abilities.
  • Result oriented Team player with a convincing pro-active attitude, “can do” mentality, flexible and highly committed.
  • Knowledge of ASML supply chain procedures is preferred.

Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.

Strong interfaces with other supply chain departments, ASML Factories, Central Planning, Field offices, Account Team and Customer Service departments will be required.
