Optical modules design (imaging and sensing). Optical module prototype and TPD (Technical performance document) preparation. Module performance improvement. System level integration, metrology, and maintenance on ASML-HMI’s electron-Beam system.

Role and responsibilities

MS- Optical Engineering

Majority of the job:
Optical modules design (imaging andsensing). Optical module prototype and TPD (Technical performance document)preparation. Module performance improvement. System level integration,metrology, and maintenance on ASML-HMI’s electron-Beam system.
Duties of the job:
•Responsiblefor all research, design, development, test, qualification and qualificationof optical modules (imaging and sensing) for ASML-HMI products.
•Maintainrelevant optical modules from the R&D (Research and Develop) clean roomsite, and implement necessary technical support to system engineers for thesystem reliability test.
•MaintainTPD for the modules, and Implement technical support to outsourcingproduction group for the troubleshooting.
•Troubleshootingthe optical relevant issue from the systems.
•Maintaininstruments in optical laboratory and keep and improve optical safety in thelab.
•Designnecessary training projects to the optical engineers.

Education and experience

Familiar with optical system design and analysis.
Familiar with optical illumination.
Willing to learn new knowledge through hands on experience and project development
Able to positioning the problem and find the solution independently.
Able to be a multi-task implementer and must be capable of merging to a teamwork.
Must be able to obtain technical knowledge by self-learning.

Hands on experience in high accuracy optical alignments.

Team coordinator, communicator, team player, self-starter, to take initiative and to be result oriented.
