The department Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is the Landlord of all ASML offices and industrial sites worldwide. We facilitate ASML employees, our factories, customers, suppliers and visitors to provide optimal working conditions in a safe and comfortable environment.
The Corporate Real Estate Organization is responsible for new build, rebuild, operation and maintenance of the ASML infrastructure, installations and buildings.

We are currently looking for a Compliance & Quality Expert to ensure business success' now and for the future.

Role and responsibilities

The Compliancy & Quality Expert is responsible to setup, manage and maintain the global quality system and processes for CRE F&M. The purpose of the CRE F&M quality system and processes is to comply to internal (ASML) guidelines and selected guidelines that are applicable in the market of facilities and maintenance management (f.e. compliance to ISO 55000, 9001, sustainability etc.). Additionally, the Compliancy & Quality Expert is responsible to develop the quality management system for all internal processes, f.e. how to comply to contract management processes, supplier audits, transition method, strategic planning process etc.
All of this is based on and in alignment with the CRE’s strategic pillars (Safety, TCO, Flexibility, Business alignment, Wellbeing and Sustainability).

The Compliancy & Quality Expert is part of the global matrix organization and therefore is both responsible for managing the quality management processes in Veldhoven as well as supporting other teams in the world by establishing global standards, guidelines and best-practices.

Key Areas of Responsibility (KAR’s)

- Create a vision on and take ownership to achieve a worldwide standard level of quality and compliance for CRE F&M.
- Develop the quality monitoring system of CRE F&M in order to structurally work on and comply to internal ASML guidelines and market regulation, policies and guidelines that are applicable in the field of facilities and maintenance management (f.e. compliance to ISO 55000, 9001, sustainability etc.).
- Manage the process of compliance monitoring, compliance reviews and auditing, if applicable together with ASML corporate compliance offices.
- Responsible to deliver and manage a consistent set of methods and instruments, documented, up-to-date and compliant with regulations and policies.
- Execute audits or internal reviews and, based on compliance reviews, give advice about appropriate steps to improve or solve compliancy risks consistent with regulations, rules and policies.
- Support both the global and local organizations in the execution of compliancy reviews. And by determining and/or give advice about areas in which quality management could be further developed and how to set up the processes to do so.
- Manage the roadmap for compliance reviews and further implementation/roll out of the quality system.
- Plan, drive and support the implementation of new or changed instruments or act from a quality assurance role in implementation projects.
- Maintain the process framework (L3 and further) and streamline the applicable methods/protocols used in the field.
- Streamline standards and processes to establish a uniform approach worldwide and ensure an appropriate document management system and change control process.
- Roll out/implement the various methods for quality management at sites worldwide or support local teams with implementing and meeting the standards.
- Contribute to (corporate) reporting processes and establish the registering system for documents and evidence of compliance.
- Act as the liaison between CRE and corporate ASML departments and programs to ensure compliancy to corporate methods, reporting and accountability processes.
- Manage and maintain the overall central document management system for F&M.

Education and experience

- BSc/MSc in Business administration, Organization studies, Environmental studies
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experienced in implementing and embedding quality management systems in the domain of facilities and maintenance.
