The Business Line Applications provides integrated solutions consisting ofmetrology tools, and wafer fab application products to set-up, monitor and control wafer fabrication processes for extendibility and improved efficiency of lithography products.
Within Development & Engineering of the Business Line Applications, the “On-Product Overlay Control” group is part of the On Product Performance Process Window Control (OPP-PWC) department. The group is responsible for the development of wafer fab application products that optimize the on-product overlay between layers on wafers of our customers. This mission is emphasizing the holistic context such as wafer fab environment and way of working, metrology, algorithms and SW applications. A technical consulting activity for our customers is supported, that designs and helps implementing integral solutions for best on-product performance based on the products (to be) developed by ASML

Role and responsibilities

The job consists of following activities:
-Organize effective teamwork and communication through Overlay Design Community, ODC, meetings and motivate your team members. Regular 1:1 routines with ODC members.
-Take responsibility for high quality FIX employee targets, have MYR’s, gather information for appraisals & execute EYR’s Monitor personal planning, identify bottlenecks, discuss larger/long-term picture and impact of scope/priority changes.
-Focus on driving ODC on proper execution of the review and quality insurance work. Drive towards conclusions and recommendations from ODC, aligned with the key stakeholders from SE, PO of the different AGILE teams and FC’s.
-Outcome of work to be aligned and presented in product reviews, as well as relevant sessions like PI-events, group meetings or data reviews.
-Actively manage scope changes and triple constraint. Report impact of priority changes to stakeholders. Escalate to line/program when needed.
-Generate regular project status updates, including performance risks and opportunities
-Deliver and maintain project PID, Doctree and project plan
-Use generated knowledge, across product, network to generate new ideas for future products or product features (in agreement with POs/SE)

Education and experience

Educational Level
Master degree or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), with a solid background in some of the following fields: statistics, data analysis, control theory, (semi-conductor) process technology, software development.

- 5+ years of experience in industrial research, development, or process control as project leader, architect or similar function.
- Established experience in working with complex projects (amount of stakeholders, customers)
- Experience within the semiconductor industry or technical application software development is highly desirable.
