CS - EUV Start up Project Leader - Taichung

Introduction to the job
• Provide you the opportunity to work with talents and multiple national people around the world within ASML , and co-work with different internal and externalstakeholder related with Micron business.
• Lead Micron EUV start up preparation to secure the readiness to meet the Mini line ramp in 22’Q4.
Role and responsibilities
•Take leading on the EUV Micron start up preparation readiness.
•Preparation readiness including CSCM/installation/infrastructure/ safety.
•Translate customer’s needs into internal requests and drive the deliverables from headquarters
•Align strategies and WOW to bridge the ASML and Micron.
•Take control of the project progress and allocate resource within the project
•Provide regular updates of project status for stakeholders
•Identify project risks. Define and communicate mitigation plans
Education and experience
• Bachelor / Master
• >5 years in semi-conductor industry

•5 years working experience in semiconductor industry
•Familiar with automatic process control
•Expressive; able to defend his point and handle confrontation when necessary
•Assertive; willing to make decisions and take consequent responsibility
•Experience in project handling is preferred
•Experience in leading a team is preferred
•Good English, presentation and reporting skills
