Within ASML, the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the specification, design and engineering of the ASML products.

In the department of System Integration, the Proto Integration groups are responsible for the supporting tests on the proto systems and for maintaining the proto systems themself. We aim to reduce both cost and lead time for system testing and integration while product quality remains guaranteed.

Role and responsibilities

Job Description
As an ASML Group Leader (GL), you are expected to optimize the performance of a truly multi-disciplined team. You will have frequent contact with your stakeholders in Program Management, D&E, Twinscan Factory and Customer Service – helping to manage expectations, ensure operational continuity and be solution provider.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a resource and competence roadmap;
• Allocate projects and agree targets with the best-suited people;
• Coach group members in their job and optimize their personal growth
  
  

As a member of the System Integration department you will be active at the cutting edge of physics, mechatronics, mechanics, electronics and software development.

Education and experience

• BSc or MSc
• Practical management experience and network within ASML is required. Experience in cross culture and sector alignment is preferred.

Context of the position

As a Grouplead of the Proto Integration group you will report to the Manager of the DUV System Integration department. Your working schedule will be in day shift on Thu, Fri, Su and Mo. Your team and shift leads will work in the D&E weekend schedule (Fri Office hours, Sa-Su 06:00hr – 22:00hr). You will have frequent contact with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
