Introduction to the job

Service coordinator supports cross departments in an administrative, organizing and supporting way, to guarantee an effective and efficient execution to support ASML business.

Role and responsibilities

1.Service coordinator work
2.SMS (ASML internal applications) support and training delivery
3.Business support to Customer support (CS), Finance, Sales and Logistics
4.Office / GA support
•Service coordinator work :
o Manage service order (SO) end-to-end process, including communications with internal and external customers.
o Billable labor & parts sales.
o Spare parts sales.
•SMS support and training :
o Be SMS key user, support pilot testing activities
o SMS & SAP support, including escalation and problem solving, authorization requests for end users.
o SMS applications & nPGP project support (time-writing / Material handling / Service Order / HRizon) trainings to end users.
•Business support :
o Option and special deal support
o SO support
o Business administration & documentation support (DST, SLA, quotation, OSO status, install-base data maintenance).
o Data analysis / data monitoring and reporting
•Office / GA support
o As backup for office coordinators
o CS supports (e.g. Easybuy PR creation for Fab/SO related operations)

Education and experience

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or comparable.

• ~2 years of administrative work experience preferred.
