Introduction to the job

Inspire and lead the team to collaborate with our customers, building strong technical relationships that help solve complex Lithography scanners and metrology equipment integration challenges and delivers value that enables the leading process nodes of our customers.

Role and responsibilities

  • Manage a team that are responsible for securing the success of multiple projects at multiple customer site in the US region (focus on Boise and Portland)
  • Connect and collaborate with ASML customers in lithography and metrology
  • Manage the execution of the technical roadmaps of ASML and our customers through their R&D and process ramp phases
  • Oversee the management ofproject scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, funding at all sites
  • Track project progress, execution, risks, issues andescalation across the region
  • Development, training and mentor team of engineers and project leads across sites
  • Work closely with the Business Development and sales teams in the region on product implementation planning
  • Develop and maintain a strong link with the Business lines and product teams in ASML

Education and experience

  • Education: Master’s in Science or Engineering
  • Experience +10 yrs in semiconductor industry working in process development, applications and or Project management
