The ASML Customer Support (CS) department is the crucial link between Development & Engineering (D&E) and customer needs. CS department is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at our customers’ sites. To provide this excellent support to the customers, all CS engineers need to be trained on the latest technologies and software.

The Global Training Center supports the CS vision by:
Delivering the right skills, knowledge and behavior at the right time and place to all ASML employees working in the customer fab
Enabling our people to deliver the perfect service
Delivering the right product and applications knowledge to our customers
Driving training as service maximizing value for ASML and our customers

Role and responsibilities

CS GTC Training Coordinator provides support and keeps track of the complex GTC Training plan for our students attending training. Students are Engineers from within ASML as well as external customers from around the world.
The activities include forecasting, scheduling, publishing and organizing trainings to enable a smooth training experience for our students for all ASML business lines.
Take lead the daily administration work process to support training delivery with right facilities, good tools availability in an highly effective learning environment

As an ASML GTC EUV TC Tainan Training Coordinator you will represent our department (from our Tainan office) to key stakeholders of all levels per defined activities and operation process

You will be responsible for :
•Check, align, confirm trainee’s name list with WW local KM to ensure the attendee list integrity with Mylearning system @N+6 wk window,
•As window person work closely with VDH training support team for planning schedule update, to ensure both VDH, TW are in one page
•send training information (info package, parking..etc) to trainees
•confirm trainee presence from WW in advance to ensure the slot utilization per KPI
•post weekly roster & upload to the ASML TV on time
•Arrange dinner meal box for evening class
•Oversea engineer, corvid 19 test related communication, accompany them to hospital when it is needed
•Office supply management
•Tools calibration, certification process implementation, communication with CSCM window person
•collect customer training k1 feedback and send to VDH Nadine to post in dashboard
•make necessary arrangement for field deliver class in EUV TC, class room, test rig, coordinate with trainer such as GMLD, ceramic stone cleaning
•facilitate customer’straining support requirements
•Creation of Purchase Orders in EasyBuy
•Asist operation manager for the things not listed above when it is needed.

Education and experience

Bachelor Degree (HBO) in Business Administration

• 2 to 5+ years in planning and administration role in a dynamic multicultural company.
• High level experience with MS Office mainly with Excel
• Experience with LMS, currently ASML is using MyLearning / Cornerstone on Demand

• Good documentation skills using Microsoft Office, SAP and service order software.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Experience with Cornerstone on Demand / My Learning and good Microsoft excel skills is a pre.
