Introduction to the job

This position will help you discover your passion of implementing new technology into customer manufacturing line. Micron will be the new customer in EUV platform. A very aggressive plan, adaption and ready for HVM in 1.5 years, is desired to catch all the capable knobs for HVM output target. The strong ownership will be demonstrated as the best element to overcome all the difficulties and achieve our end goal.

Role and responsibilities

EUV adaption in Micron sites. To secure HVM production could be transferred from DUV to EUV with customer acceptable performance.

•Be capable to work on EUV Scanner relevant projects and issues. Be able to solve technical issues or bridge the resource for solutions.
•Act as leading role for rollout of latest EUV technology at Micron.
•Determine the gap when KPI’s cannot meet. Escalate the problem for issue resolution plan or for debottleneck.
•Be able to develop breakthrough idea or workaround plan when disturbance is encountered.
•Communicate clearly about technical subjects with internal/external customers. Manage customer’s request and demand on those involved projects.
•Align strategies with business line/program team for critical part swap or new product insertion
•Provide regular updates of project status for stakeholders
•Deliver technical knowledge for stakeholders

Education and experience

• Master or Bachelor Degree in technical science (Physics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Chemistry, Process technology, Aerospace Engineering) or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of EUV equipment on a specialized technical level is preferred

•Work in a specific competency in the workstream team. Lead the technical discussion and organize customer Q&A’s
•Create monitoring dashboard to ensure target KPI will be achieved

• Flexible for working hour : different time zone (TW / NL and US)
• 20 % (meeting at customer site) / 20% (training)
