Introduction to the job

  • Key accountability for Upgrade, Install, Relocation & Scheduled Down Activities; Material planning & Local stock availability; and system & option delivery
  • Support the primary planning process by initiating preventive actions throughout the service supply chain
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationship with stakeholders and business partners Implementing and projects roll-outs from central organization towards the local CSCM organization.

Role and responsibilities

  • Demand & Supply Management
    - Planning & Scheduling and customer service process improvement
    - Regional supply chain(demand & supply) planning & Forecast tasks on behalf of the region
    - BKM and standardization of order fulfillment
    - Resource allocation for Scheduled down /Upgrade, Install & Relocation events
    - Return management(sea, air)
    - Event planning & execution of Upgrade, Install & Relocation events
    - Main contact to central Scheduled Event department
  • Service Planning Management
    - Enhancement of SLA and commitment KPIs related material planning & execution
    - Monitor KPIs dashboard and ensure follow-up actions are taking place by operational teams
    - Secure the availability of service parts and tools by continuously monitoring the supply chain status and initiating corrective of preventive action in case of risk of material availability -Country wide Fill Rate / SSL management
    - Provide insights in the expected future consumption of service parts and tools are customer fabs coming from after maintenance, upgrade & install activities
    - Main contact to Central Service Planning management Department
  • Commercial equipment and options delivery management
    - Monitor commercial equipment and options shipment, delivery and make communication with customers
    - Support for sales revenue recognition collaborating with corporate, sales and finance
    - Forwarder management
    - Main contact to central Demand & allocation department and central shipping department

Education and experience

  • Bachelor/Master degree with major related SCM or logistics is preferred
  • Minimum 15 years ofrelevant working experience in extensive SCM & Logistics
  • At least 5 yearsexperience in people management experience
  • Experience inSemiconductor/High tech industry
  • Experience in customerinterface is a plus
  • Project / ProgramManagement experience is a plus
  • Experience in KAIZEN ,SixSigma ,TPM and Lean is a plus
