Role and responsibilities
The Project Manager MDEV Design Foundation is responsible for the following:
- Take the lead in running or new developments within the Non-PGP boundaries.
- Create and execute work breakdown and plan, including resources and budget.
- Set up and maintain deliverables of project members including coaching of project members.
- Drive timely implementation of choices and secure quality of the deliverables.
- Drive identification of bottlenecks by team, prioritize and implement recovery actions.
- Drive identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in team.
- Clear communication of status and results.
Education and experience
Education Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience - Broad knowledge of mechanics in all its aspects, architecture, design and integration.
- Multiple years hands on experience in mechanical or equivalent design.
- Multi-disciplinary knowledge and experience in means and methods is a pre.
