Do you look forward to leading a young and energic team in ASML’s rapidly growing e-beam business ? If yes HMI’s open GSC manager position could be the next career building opportunity for you. This leadership role means taking charge of the HMI Taiwan 3rd line support team who are based in Hsin Chu City. Interacting daily with cross sectoral stakeholders based around the world will put you firmly in the company’s spotlight. HMI’s ambition toincrease our metrology market share and drive our volume inspection business means you will be tasked with providing excellent customer support for the field install base. You will be joining HMI just at the momentthat will see the launch of our latest state of the art multi beam platform technology. This role will also provide many opportunities to test your leadership abilities and give you a platform to experience dynamic personal growth.

Role and responsibilities

Leading and developing the Taiwan GSCteam to drive e-beam machine performance to the next level.Learn and apply the latest company management techniques. Embrace and support the release of HMI NPI products and processes.

•Run the GSC operation handling WW escalation issues
•Interface with internal and external customers
• Collaborate with ASML different sectors
•Drive to create a high performance team
•Focus on people management to develop team members in both technical and soft skills knowledge
•Drive for zero repeat issues by understanding root causes and closing the loop with service engineering for structural improvements.

Education and experience

Minimum requirement : Master

-10 years relevant industry experience
-People management career track
-Proven track record

The position is situated in HMI TW GSC, which is under broad umbrella of CS Apps. Important stakeholders of GSC include but are not limited to CS local, D&E, and CS NPI. Report to CS HMI TWN Program and Ops manager.
