Job Mission
As the Re-use Sourcing Capability Development you are part of a small team to drive the Re-use of materials within the ASML supply chain. Within this team you are overseeing the full range of processes that need to be put in place to enable Re-use at our suppliers. You are responsible for the development of new or improved processes to integrate Re-use in both our daily operation as well as in our strategic decision making.

Job Description
- Drive the definition of S&SC processes including clear roles and responsibilities, enabling re-use roll-out in volume as part of regular operations.

- Take ownership of the process development projects for S&SC Sourcing to embed and deploy these processes in the standard way of working, ranging from operational processes up to the strategic supply base management processes.

- Represent S&SC Sourcing in cross sector improvement projects (As-New, Harvesting, Product Generation Processes, …).
- Ensure guidelines on make versus buy, local versus global, etc. are defined and approved cross sector. Further build and develop the S&SC repair strategy and collaborate with the clusters and category managers to integrate into the category strategies.
- Build a mindset in the S&SC organization that maximizes learning from Re-use. Engage with the S&SC organization / Re-use teams to deliver structural improvements based on best practices and identified process gaps.
- Create a framework to support sourcing leads to incentivize Re-use, define business model options, prepare templates for re-use agreements, etc.

Education and experience
Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance or similar, with basic knowledge and affinity with technology. An alternative path combination is a Technical degree with relevant business experience.
