High impact role for academics with 10 years’ work experience in a high tech supply chain. We are looking for an ambitious talent who can play a crucial role supporting ASMLs aggressive growth while realizing an ambitious cost down roadmap for After Sales supply chain processes. You will be responsible for driving the EUV after sales efficiency roadmap as a program manager. Do you want to be part of a company that is transforming the industry? Role and responsibilities

Job Mission
Ensure our After sales efficiency roadmap is met to power future growth. As EUV moves to high volume production there is executive management attention to ensure that scale also brings efficiency.

Job Description
- Manage and structure the After service efficiency program to meet ASML’s ambitious efficiency targets.
- Manage the roadmap on all initiatives and projects across SCM that drive efficiency for EUV after sales
- Gather input for reporting out on EUV specific efficiencies
- Ensure SCM costs is topic for other sectors projects that contribute efficiency
- Connect the dots between the projects and ensure high quality management reporting on results and solutions.
- Increase transparency in costs, cost drivers, efficiency gains
- Report out on regular basis to Business Line management EUV
- Set up new projects / initiatives cross department.
- Monitor progress and Intervene if needed

This role is located in ASML’s headquarter in Veldhoven. Travel is limited in this role

Education and experience

Relevant Master degree is a must (e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)

- To achieve all this you will need 7-10 years of first-hand experience in a high tech supply chain management or ~ 5 years of - experience at a 1st tier consultancy firm affinity for high tech supply chains.
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
- A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to know your details and to zoom out to show the larger picture
- Decision making skills, change management skills and program management skills
- Analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload
- Experience with Lean, Green/Black Belt (nice to have)


- Leadership skills, drive for results, act under high pressure
- Hands-on mentality combined with an ability to look beyond the problems at hand structurally resolve underlying root causes
- Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality
- Cultural awareness

The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable supply chain services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the supply chain aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers. You will be part of the EUV team that is specifically challenged as EUV is in a steep ramp up with challenging targets of costs and availability per system. You will enable CSCM to be successful in this challenging environment and deliver upon the CSCM 2025 roadmap.
