Are you an all-round Agile PMO that likes to work in a dynamic solution delivery environment in the middle of an Agile transformation? Do you have experience in implementing lean solution delivery processes while ensuring quality and compliancy requirements? Do you have experience in facilitating management decision making, by providing timely and accurate portfolio analysis, reporting and dashboards? Role and responsibilities

As an Agile PMO, you support a dedicated part of the IT portfolio. You work closely together with Agile PMO team members, department leads, portfolio and project managers as well as release train engineers and scrum masters on topics like financials and progress reporting, planning and quality assurance. You provide hands on support to the Agile PMO members and their stakeholders. By providing clear analysis and insight on portfolio financials, progress, quality, issues and risks you support senior management in effective decision making.
You actively come up with suggestions for improvement initiatives and tasks. The Agile PMO team works on continuous improvements in 4-weekly sprints. You lead small improvement initiatives independently, but in collaboration with other team members and/or external stakeholders.

Education and experience

  • Relevant Master degree
  • 1-3 years of working experience in project/portfolio management and/or SAFe in a large, international organization, working as (agile) project management officer, or a similar position
  • Experience with implementation of changes and improvement initiatives, or ability to do so
  • Working experience and/or knowledge of project & portfolio management methodologies like PMBOK/Prince2 and MoP
  • Working experience and/or knowledge of SAFe, Agile and Scrum
  • Preferably you have working experience with Microsoft Project Online, SAP ECC, Ariba, Jira (Align) and Spotfire

Other information

Within IT we are currently in the middle of an Agile Transformation. This means that as an Agile PMO we are currently support a hybrid portfolio where on one hand we have Programs-Projects and on the other hand we have Release Trains – Scrum Teams. As an Agile PMO we support both methodology for delivery and are expected to keep track of a portfolio as a whole.

The Agile PMO is part of the Office of the CIO that reports to IT's Chief Information Officer. The Agile PMO reports to the Manager Agile PMO and has internal interfaces with colleagues from the Agile PMO and the Office of the CIO, with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, (Chief) Product Owners, Solution Team Managers, Portfolio Managers, Competence Center Directors, other IT and Business stakeholders, Finance, Purchasing, suppliers and consultants.

This is a full-time position (40 hours).
