ASML’s Risk & Business Assurance (RBA) department provides leading class expertise, insights and assurance which enables ASML to achieveits objectives, whilst managing business risks in a responsible way.

Risk & Business Assurance dept. supports ASML in the areas of Corporate Risk Management, Internal control, Compliance, Security and Internal Audit. As part of the transformation, an RBA Office is created as supporting Center of Excellence.

As Portfolio Office Manager, you are essential for the success, effectiveness and optimization of RBA’s project and portfolio management, overarching processes and RBA means & methods.

Role and responsibilities

The Portfolio Office Manager’s mission is to support the RBA experts in creating their deliverables and their way of working, and to facilitate the achievement of the RBA priorities.

In this role your key responsibilities are:

·Set up and drive sustainable, optimized and centralized project & portfolio management for RBA’s activities:

oDocument the project and portfolio management methods;

oOversee RBA’s project portfolio and deliver periodic reporting on its status and progress.

·Document, maintain and improve RBA’s overarching processes and means & methods:

oRBA taxonomy, policies, standards and frameworks.

·Drive and facilitate RBA’s key planning and reporting deliverables:

oDrive RBA’s quarterly reporting and annual planning cycle;

oRBA’s integrated (performance) dashboards and overarching reports.


Education and experience

    • •Master’s degree 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of experience in the area of (Management) Consultancy, Change Managementand/or Program & Project management.

    •7+ years of experience as Program (Office) Manager or Business Line Manager in an international and corporate environment;

    •Used to working in a high paced, dynamic and innovative working atmosphere;

    •Project Management, consulting and coaching experience with sound knowledge of Project Management methodologies, both Waterfall and SAFe Agile;

    •Preferably knowledge in the areas of (Enterprise) Risk Management, Internal Control, Internal Audit or Security;

    •Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Microsoft Project Online is preferred.

The Portfolio Manager reports to the Head of RBA Office.
