Role and responsibilities

You will be part of the Wafer Table performance cluster in DUV Development & Engineering, which is responsible for the performance analysis, feasibility studies, and customer engagement of the next generation wafer tables. Wafer tables are crucial to make lithography happen against the ever demanding specs on overlay, focus, imaging and throughout while ensuring high availability.

As technical lead, you combine a technical role with planning and execution in a collaborative team. You join customer calls and lead deep dive studies on wafer tables field issues. Secure that the performance behavior of wafer tables is understood, trends are identified early, and findings are used in the design improvements of wafer tables. You will play a key role in the stakeholder alignments on requirements, deep dive analysis, and implementation dashboards and reports. During all steps you work with a team and cooperate with customers, suppliers and cross sector internal stakeholders.

  • Join weekly customer calls to collect and discuss the performance of wafer tables.
  • Analyze performance data and drive the understanding of issues and trends in the field
  • Bring the team of analysts together, lead reviews and presentations of outcomes of studies
  • Participate in technical meetings, influence the performance of next generation wafer tables by discussing customer needs in the technical developments
  • Align with wafer table development teams, factories, and customer support on requirements for data, analysis, and reporting capabilities
  • Setup, present and argument planning and results towards architects and management
  • Drive data integration, dashboard solutions and delivery of performance reports
  • Define performance monitoring metrics, based on strong statistic reasonings
  • Coach and mentor analysts on technical matters and stakeholder management

Education and experience

  • Master degree in a Physics, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry with proven physics or mechanical engineering background
  • At least 3 years experience as technical lead in high tech product development (preferably ASML)
  • Experience in translating observed product performance into root causes and solutions
  • Theoretical and experimental experience in performance qualification and understanding
  • Experience in managing diverse requirements and needs of cross sector stakeholders
  • Capable to define project plans together with a team, within the delivery constraints
  • Experience or high affiliation with data analytics and performance analysis
  • Strong experience in statistics, competent with lean six sigma
