Introduction to the job

Are you challenged by being the ‘spider in the web’ for managing ASML’s operational Vendor Sales logistical processes, while being part of a team (in total 6 FTE)? Do you want tosupport internal and external ASML customers, both in a structural way as on ad-hoc based requests? Positioning the Vendor Sales processes in such a way, to be able to prevent obsolescence while guaranteeing (long term) future material availability? You are open for working within the constraints set by our ambitious time-to-market commitments while securing sustainable material availability at optimized integral costs. Role and responsibilities

Your mission as a Vendor Sales Coordinator is to continuous work on the most efficient and effective Vendor Sales processes for ASML, securing material availability to both the 1st Tier supplier as well as ASML.

- Work on integral supply chain improvements and support the improvement roadmap
- Secure material availability for parts for short, mid & long term
- Own and develop procedural competences
- Represent the team towards other different ASML departments
- Participate in structural improvement projects (within the department and/or sector)
- Maintain KPI dashboard in line with SNM framework and start corrective actions where needed

- Daily operational execution of centralized supply chain activities
- Timely escalate shortages / risks within supply chain
- Contact for both internal / external stakeholders and operate as primary contact for all external customers in need of End of Life materials
- Secure timely follow up of all operational issues
- Responsible for master data maintenance
- Representative in multiple stakeholder meetings, such as ASML Vendor Sales meeting

Education and experience

- Bachelor degree; preferably in Logistics and/or Supply Chain/ or Business Economics
- 1 to 3 years relevant and proven experience
- Knowledge of Logistics processes and knowledge about Vendor Sales related setups
- Project management skills
- Experience in process development and IT-related process automation
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication in English

Context of the position
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for all inbound and outbound flows to and from the factory. Vendor Sales is part of Supplier Network Management, which is part of Supply Chain Management. The holder of this position reports to the Team Lead of Vendor Sales. Strong interfaces exist with different Supply Chain departments.
