Are you an experience Release Train Engineer looking for a challenging and dynamic environment? Are you an experienced and ambitious Scrum master, (Chief) Product Owner or Project Leader and want to lead a large team of people and manage the processes to ensure performance of the Agile Release Train (ART)? Do you have experience in hardware environments?

As a RTE in D&E EUV Source laser you work with the teams in the ART to ensure the ART deliveries are on time. You use your coaching skills to bring out the best in people. You rely on your facilitator skills to bring alignment and have your teams work in a cadence, complementing each other. You help the teams to find better ways of collaborating. You have a strong drive for improvement towards transparency, predictability, efficiency, employee engagement.

Role and responsibilities

- Ensuresdeliveries committed by the ART in the PI event by removing ARTimpediments and managing ART dependencies
- Createtransparency and alignment on ART status by setting up, coordinating andfacilitating agile ritualslike PI event and Scrum of scrums
- Optimizeflow by tracking, reporting, measuring ART performance, managing risks,maintaining ART integration cadence and installing continuous delivery
- Workwith the Group Leaders to keep the ART stable and manage externalinterferences so that they do not disrupt the focus of the teams in theART
- Provideanalyses of the effectiveness of rituals inside the ART, evaluatebottlenecks and advice regarding improvements in ART rituals
- Bean escalation level for scrum masters on the ART
- Reportingin D&E line management (Group Leader)

Deliverables
- ProgramIncrement plan (upcoming quarter program plan with dependencies andintegrations) and Program Increment assessment (looking back what wentwell and what must be improved)
- Trackstatus of SMART Program Increment objectives on ART level
- Up-to-dateRisks and impediments sheet
- Transparencyon train performance, for example progress reporting and agile metrics
- Improvementactions from Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Teamstructure, team performance review, team staffing needs

Education and experience

- 3-5 years of experience working in a key role in an Agile / Safe environment, RTE, Scrum Master, PL, CPO, PO, or similar. - Experience as a RTE is a plus
- Experience in an industrial or development environment
- Proven performance managing teams and managing processes
- Minimum Bachelor Level
- SAFe certification is a plus
- Proficient in spoken and written English
