Introduction to the job

To manage the RBA GRC Intake function (also referred to a BIA, Business Impact Assessment, in other companies), process and team. This function is at the helm of the assessment of all ASML change initiatives, projects, programmes from a Governance, Risk and Compliance perspective. The process involves the administration of the completed GRC Intake form, the engagement of the correct stakeholders to perform validations and the management of the GRC Intake Database & Repository tool.

Role and responsibilities

The GRC Intake Manager will manage a team of analysts who perform the assessments keeping the log of intakes at a manageable level. They will also conduct a fortnightly GRC Intake: Stakeholder Community Forum with key stakeholders on operational and process improvement matters

Key Areas of Responsibility (KAR’s)
- Own and manage the GRC Intake tool, database and repository. In the near future this will move to Service Now (SNOW)
- Manage and mentor team of analysts
- Ensure the correct performance and conclusion of GRC Intake assessments
- Develop management report
- Stakeholder engagement and management (Different Compliance departments and internal Customers)
- Engage with CR RBA Change Control’s Asset Registration Project to ensure alignment with GRC Intake processing

Education and experience

- Master’s degree level education
- 8 to 10years minimum experience in Legal, Information Security, Compliance, Governance or Risk Management
- May have worked as Risk & Compliance Officer, In Company Secretarial function or Information Security capacity
- Knowledge of industry related standards e.g. ISO 27000, ISO 31000 etc.
- Knowledge of industry related laws and regulations with experience of impact and applicability
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in an IT Service/Security environment

The key deliverable or product of the GRC Intake process is the GRC Intake database and repository that comprise the system of truth or record for all related documentation including the GRC Intake form. This consists of the validated Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability rating of the initiative, the validated Compliance Domain impact, the validated Internal Controls involvement and the next steps to ensure that the internal customer incorporates requirements in their project.
Position in the value chain: We do operate with internal customers as we provide a service to ASML projects. Stakeholders (different compliance teams and sectors) are a wide community so part of the challenge of this team is to build trust and relationship cross functions/sectors
