Business Engineer Re-Use Manufacturing Worldwide

Introduction to the job

ASML wants to prevent waste and therefore the re-use department has been set up. The Re-use department consists of a cross sector team and is responsible for leading our business on a transformation journey towards a re-use mindset. This entails taking responsibility for defining requirements, realizing re-use opportunities, overseeing end-to-end execution of re-use processes, driving process improvements and delivering results. As part of this team, Manufacturing re-use WorldWide (WW) is responsible for all re-use manufacturing activities in the network of ASML factories WW.

Job mission
As a Business Engineer you will facilitate the Re-use Manufacturing WW dept and operate within the cross sector Re-use department and the network of factories worldwide. The mission is to create transparency within Re-use Manufacturing by setting up reporting structures. The Business Engineer acts as a consultant for decision making, and leads and aligns with the network of Business Engineers across factories for re-use activities. The Business Engineers plays a crucial role in coordinating plan and budget cycles.

Role and responsibilities

As Busines Engineer you will play a vital role on following main activities:
1. Resource Management
2. Performance Management
3. Business Process Management
4. Project Management
5. Identify Re-use learnings

Resource Management
Facilitate Resource planning (TAP), Norm review and CRP cycles for Re-use within Veldhoven factory. Coordinate Target Annual Planning across factories for Re-use.

Performance Management
Set-up and maintain reporting, maintain and coordinate KPI dashboards for Re-use manufacturing worldwide.

Business Process Management
Design and set-up processes

Project Management
Manage and/or contribute in projects.

Identify Re-use learnings
Identify process related learnings to improve efficiency for re-use and to prevent scrap & waste.

Education and experience

Education
Bachelor or Master Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or operations.

Experience
- Business engineering / analytics inoperational environment. Relevant experience with MS Excel
- Project lead experience
- Experience with Spotfire and/orPower BI is a pre.
