Role and responsibilities

The Dose and system trans Controlgroup comprises both HW (Energy Sensor/Spot Slit sensor) & SW (e.g., scanner and to the source, measurement and calibration of Dose and performance qualification). The mission of the group is to Control EUV and its transmission to secure stable light on the wafer through optical column to enable customer's imaging and productivity targets at all times
The MDO/PO is responsible for leading the multidisciplinary scrum teams covering both low NA and high NA platform. The project has to deliver HW and SW solution in our scanner to Control EUV. Next to the technical challenges, clear organization, clear communication, managing stakeholders and driving for solutionsin the development programs is the key.
-Take operational responsibility within the projects.
-Create and maintain team plan, with work breakdown and planning, including staffing and budget.
-Manage the delivery of specifications, designs, prototypes and test plans in your teamthat meet the requirements of project.
-Define deliverables with the engineers.
-Review technical proposals, manage time, quality and budget as well as the risks and issues in your team.
-Interaction with project leaders on technical content and with group leaders on allocation of people to your project.
-Interface towards other teams and sectors.

Education and experience

- Academic background, MSc or PhD in Physics, Optics, OptoElectronics
- >5 years of experience as competence lead, architect, or any leading position in the high-tech industry.
- Experience with triple constraint management
- Experience with building and leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Affinity with managing integral business processes in fast growing and dynamic business environments.
