Role and responsibilities

As member of the Supplier Network Management (SNM) team, the SNM Project Lead leads projects related to ASML supplier community,New Product Introduction(NPI), supplier re-allocation, material quality and material availability to meet ASML business need. Main interface is, but not limited to, global suppliers, global & local quality departments, local manufacturing site, global supplier account teams, Development &Engineering, etc.

As Project Lead, you determine and manage the time to market, supply chain management specifications at optimal costs whilst staying agile to business opportunities.
You're responsible to define, secure and monitor the deliverables in the supplier chain related projects and reporting into the ASML cross-sector steering committee.
To achieve this, you will be using your unique mix of technical, creative and interpersonal skills and you’ll guide and coordinate the supplier account team to meet program deliverables and deadlines.
New product introduction
* Manage supply chain introduction of new products from technical feasibility towards ramp and release-for-volume
* Plan & mobilize resources of the planning & logistics project team to fulfill the plans.
* Represent Planning & Logistics departments in the cross-sector Cluster Team.
Supply Chain Quality
* Participate in alignment of Material Review Board (MRB)/ CQN (Customer Quality Notification)/ DOA (Dead on Arrival) across ASML WW internal stakeholders and communication to global suppliers
* Manage suppliers towards root cause analysis on the defect materials and drive for structural solutions to reach zero repeat and to minimize production interruption
* Report out to the senior management during monthly reviews of supplier’s performance
Supply Chain Risk Mitigation
* Capacity alignment across ASML global supply chain
* Manage escalations to solve bottlenecks in supply chain and avoid recurrence
Project Management
* Coordinate supply chain re-allocation projects as interface between SNM and factory
* Initiate and lead high impact (cross sectoral) improvement projects
* Manage and align with internal and external stakeholders

Education and experience

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering or Logistics
* 3~7+ years relevant work experience
* Experience with supply chain processes in production environment (e.g. supply chain improvements, supplier management, customer service, planning)
* Experience in supplier management
* Experience in project management(Lean 6S experience, Black Belt certification preferred)
* Experience in high tech, low volume industry is preferred
