Introduction to the job

Product IT is the department within IT that handles ASML and Customer related infrastructure, such as connectivity, data platforms and cleanroom IT devices. For this portfolio, We are looking for a project manager to help deliver various functionality within the triple constrain.

Role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager you are responsible for multiple aspects of the portfolio. Amongst the key areas of responsibility are:

1. Financial responsibility for the projects
2. Project planning and execution
3. Stakeholder Management
4. Senior user alignment
5. Status reporting
6. Portfolio updates
7. Estimate and Business Case definition together with relevant parties

The Project Manager decides on technical items and priority together with senior users, decides on investments within the project budget and is responsible for the timely delivery and clear reporting of the project status.

Education and experience

From a personal perspective, the candidate is accustomed to context switching in a fast paced environment. It is important to have a can-do mentality, focus on results, curious and challenged by technical complexity, excellent analytical skills. Also it is important to be able to condense key messages and at the same communicate at different levels within the organization.

Formal education should include HBO+ or Academic level education in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
