Introduction to the job

Are you interested in developing a e-beam application and create holistic solution (scanner/Brion/HMI) to market? ASML / HMI D&E APE will be your first choice.

Role and responsibilities

In D&E PI team (Performance and Integration) team, we are in charge of the development of the e-beam inspection and metrology products to meet the requirements from marketing. We co-work with US D&E team to develop new e-beam inspection product development and create new application for scanner monitoring.

Application Development Engineer

1. Fulfill marketing request from application development point of view.
2. Product feasibility study for marketing to define product direction.
3. Document writing EPS (Element Performance Specification), EDS (Element Design Specification), TPS (Test Performance Specification) and TAR (Test Analysis Report).
4. GUI ease of use improvement.
5. Throughput and accuracy improvement.

Education and experience

- Master Degree above
- Science and engineering education background

•Minimum 3 years semiconductor related experience.
•Litho or scanner application related experience
•OPC (optical proximity correction) related experience
•e-beam defect inspection related experience
•Metrology application related experience
oCD measurement
oSee-Through Overlay
oEPE (Edge Placement Error)•
