Within ASML you will start working at the EUV Factory. EUV Factory (EF) is more than 1,300 people strong and is responsible for the production and installation of our latest technology ASML systems.
Being part of the HR EUV Factory team, means you will join an engaged and highly motived team of 5 HR professionals supporting our business in helping achieving its business goals.
Our HR team’s purpose and key priority on our people agenda is to bring happiness to the work floor. We do this through our HR support, the application of our policies, culture & leadership initiatives and many other activities together with our employees and managers.
For this internship we are looking for someone to support the team in our day to day operations. This could range from answering questions from employees and managers to more administrative activities. Next to that we have several initiatives where we can use support around people related business (change) projects. This could be about the flexibility of our workforce, strategic workforce planning initiatives, change management projects and other. We are curious to your thoughts and ideas!
Of course we will offer you the possibility to gain more insights in the work of a HR professional by involving you in various HR topics and activities that are running in ASML and the EUV factory.
- You are Bachelor or Master student with an interest in HR;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You are curious and have analytical midset;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
