Manufacturing - ERP Project Coordinator - Linkou

Introduction to the job

• The project leader that works with cross functional sectors and ensure projects are well managed for structural improvements and ONE project.

Role and responsibilities

•Project Management
oPlan & execute Non PGP projects for structure improvement
oPlan & execute ONE projects to Linkou factory with worldwide project team
oInitiate process improvement project for Linkou factory
oTool development and maintenance (C#, VBA) and report generation (Spotfire)

•System Maintenance
oTrouble shooting for IT application(ex: SAP ECC, SAP ME, Teamcenter… ) for Linkou factory users
oBe key user of each system(ex: SAP ECC, SAP ME, Teamcenter…) on Linkou factory
oCo-work with IT department for unknown issue and structural solution constantly
oJoin regular system related key-user meeting for issue progress review and knowledge sharing
oProvide and implement solution to user's request/question within agreed target
oSystem related test and validation from IT's request occasionally

Education and experience

•Bachelor or Master degree
•English and Mandarin language
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, especially on project management in manufacturing related fields

•Equip system analysis skill and coding for C# and VBA
•Experience database related knowledge is a plus
•Equip ERP and MES related system knowledge
•Familiar with MRP related knowledge
•Skilled in the use of MS Office
