CSCM - Operational Planner - Tainan

Role and responsibilities

•Shipments delivery on time and efficient with good quality
•Logistic related arrangement
•Execute sales plan and provide consolidated report
•CSCM Operations, which are including shipments arrangement / delivery schedule tracking / defect parts return
•Regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including NL HQ, finance, Customs team, Account team, CS, and Customers engineers / logistic.
•Coordinate with account teams to execute sales plan and provide consolidated report.

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management , International Trade
More than 2 years working in semiconductor is preference with logistic/supply chain related experience

•Fluent English communication skill (Oral/Listening/Reading &Writing); TOEIC score >700
•Familiar with Microsoft product (ex: Excel/ PowerPoint) & SAP

•Good sense in common business knowledge
•Pro-active attitude, drive for improvement Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
