To gain valuable insight from the data, we develop state of the art reports and analytics to provide the right information to the right people at the right time.
Role and responsibilities
Understand GOC’s requirement to drive our IT relevant departments by developing key parameters in reports and drive improvements together with the teams and key stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain state-of-the art GOC reports and dashboards for the stakeholders
• Define the methodology for creating visibility in GOC with new reporting perspective
• Translate/refine requirements and visualize data into information that can be used to take appropriate action
• Continuously improve information services in line with stakeholder needs, attunement of implementation planning, hands-on assistance, problem solving
• Be the Subject Matter Expert and the Key User of the reporting tools within GOC
• Interesting in working in a big multinational company
• Commitment to excellence, drive for quality results, act under high pressure
• Pro-active and “can do” mentality, flexible and adaptive to change
• Highly analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload.
• Proficient knowledge in multiple tools such as Spotfire, SAP, Macro. Python, Tabulate,.., etc.
• Good command of English
Computer Science and relevant majors (e.g in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain or Engineering)
Education and experience
